💸 Refund Policy

At Noor’s Attire, we value transparency and fairness in every transaction.

  • Refunds are only applicable on prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, a refund is not possible, except in the following cases:

    • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You report the issue within 7 days, along with photo/video proof.

If your case is approved for a refund due to a genuine issue:

✅ You can either:

  • Request a replacement or exchange (preferred), or

  • Get a refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–7 business days).

🔒 Note:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds; they may only be exchanged as per our return policy.

  • Refunds are not offered on sale or discounted items.
