At Noor’s Attire, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange window – applicable only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your parcel, along with photo/video proof of the defect or error.

The return will only be accepted after approval from our support team.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
🔄 What Happens After Return Approval?
Once your return is approved, you’ll have two easy options:

Replacement
We will send you a fresh, correct piece of the same design — if stock is available. -
Exchange
You may choose any other dress from our store equal to the original purchase value.
If your selected dress is of higher value, you’ll only need to pay the difference.
